Legal analysis: usually in 3~7 days. The meeting of the owners' congress shall be recorded in writing by the owners' committee and filed. The decision of the owners' congress shall be published in written form in the property management area in a timely manner. Where the matters decided by the owners' meeting need to be decided by the owners, it shall be agreed by the owners whose exclusive parts account for more than half of the total building area and more than half of the total number of people.
