Housing decoration requires the preparation of building ownership certificates (or valid certificates to prove their legitimate rights and interests), identity documents, decoration plans, design plans, approval documents, waterproof construction plans, decoration enterprise qualification certificates, owner's consent and other materials.

Sign management service agreement

Signing a management service agreement is a necessary step for house decoration. The agreement should stipulate the implementation content and time limit of the renovation project, the allowable construction time, the removal and disposal of waste, the installation requirements of residential facade facilities and security window, prohibited behaviors and precautions, management service fees, liability for breach of contract, etc.

Decoration supervision

The decorator shall not refuse or hinder the supervision and inspection of the property management unit. If illegal acts are found, the property management unit will immediately stop them and report them to the relevant departments for handling. Remember to inform the neighborhood before the renovation.
