I can't afford a villa.
1, the property fee is too expensive.

2, the decoration is expensive
Because villas are basically rough houses, the owners need to decorate themselves. Although you can afford a rough house in the early stage, the renovation in the later stage is not a small expense. After all, the housing area is very large, and it will cost hundreds of thousands or even millions to install one casually. So before buying a villa, you have to consider whether there is any money left to decorate the villa.
3. Water and electricity are very expensive
Because the housing area is large and there are many people who can live, it means that the cost of living in the later period is very high, and the monthly water and electricity bills are above 1000 yuan. What's more, the villa is equipped with central air conditioning, which needs strong wind to cool the room, so the monthly electricity bill in summer is more than 2000 yuan.
I dare not live in a townhouse. Why?
1, poor lighting.
Townhouses belong to economical villa areas. Although the plot ratio of residential areas is low, the living space is small and the public leisure space is limited. Most users are limited to activities, leisure and fitness in their own gardens. The daylighting of townhouses is only three sides for the terminal units, in which all units are two sides and single-family villas are daylighting, so the daylighting of townhouses is not as good as that of single-family villas and double-family villas.
2. The decoration cost is high.
Townhouses occupy a large space and many rooms, and 2000 yuan/square meter is a common decoration standard. In this way, even the smallest 150 square meter townhouse will cost about 300,000 yuan, not including the cost of greening and decoration of terraces and gardens.
3. Poor privacy
Although there is land in the townhouse, the house is connected to the house and the garden is connected to the garden. The privacy may not be as good as that of ordinary apartments. Some simply seal the garden and make the house a pigeon cage. Related to this is the issue of neighborhood relations. Although the neighbors living in townhouses look up but don't look down, which breaks the indifference between neighbors in high-rise residential buildings, family gatherings will inevitably affect neighbors and easily lead to disputes.
