Those who take the exams in all subjects must pass the exams in all subjects within four consecutive exam years, and those who are exempt from some subjects must pass the exams in two consecutive exam years before they can obtain the qualification certificate.

Anyone who meets the requirements stipulated in the Notice of the State Pharmaceutical Products Supervision and Administration Bureau and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on the Professional Qualification System for Licensed Pharmacists and the Implementation Measures for the Professional Qualification Examination for Licensed Pharmacists (No.438 [2065] of the State Drug Administration) can sign up for the professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists. In order to facilitate candidates to register nearby and avoid the impact of large-scale cross-regional mobility on epidemic prevention and control, this examination only accepts candidates who are currently working and living in Gansu. Candidates who come from high-risk areas and whose current residence is not in Gansu can take the exam normally because of the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures.

2. Applicants who meet some exemption subjects must meet two conditions at the same time: to obtain senior professional titles and engage in pharmacy and Chinese pharmacy. The category of senior professional title is the senior professional title of pharmacy, medicine or medical pharmacy obtained by working in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine. (six) the calculation method of working years of professional posts

The working years of professional posts in the application conditions refer to the sum of the working hours of full-time personnel engaged in pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine after obtaining professional qualifications (degrees) in pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine. The deadline for calculating the working years of professional posts is 65438+ February 3 of the examination year1.

The applicant's non-pharmaceutical and non-Chinese medicine working hours are not included in the professional post working years. The internship experience before obtaining the graduation certificate is not included in the working years of professional posts. Foreign work experience is not included in the professional post working years required by the application conditions.

Those who have obtained the first degree in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine and related majors and joined the work will apply for the pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine and related majors obtained by correspondence, self-study and distance education. , you can accumulate the actual working years of pharmacy and Chinese pharmacy positions from the first degree to the year of application. Five, registration to inform the commitment requirements
