According to the survey and statistics, enterprises generally require higher talents' abilities, such as drawing recognition, machining technology, tolerance matching and measuring technology and basic knowledge of molds, followed by mechanical foundation, metal materials and heat treatment, numerical control programming foundation, and finally the ability to use CAD and Pro/E software.
