Xiaomi Automobile Headquarters Base, Sales Headquarters and R&D Headquarters will be built in Beijing Economic Development Zone.

According to relevant data, Xiaomi Automobile Factory was finally located in Jinqiao area of Mazhuqiao, separated from lunan district in Economic Development Zone by a wall. In the future, M2 1 spur line (Mercedes-Benz special line) can be used to transport vehicles together with Mercedes-Benz and BAIC. The reporter inquired from Tianyancha that after Xiaomi Group registered Xiaomi Automobile Co., Ltd. in Beijing Economic Development Zone on September 1, Xiaomi Group registered another company named Xiaomi Automobile Technology in less than three months. The business scope of the two companies is roughly the same, mainly engaged in integrated manufacturing of new energy vehicles, technology research and development, intelligent vehicle equipment manufacturing, automobile sales and other activities. The addresses of both companies are Kechuang 10th Street, and the registered capital adds up to 1 1 100 million yuan.

The reporter went to that place and found it was the industrial park of Xiaomi Group. There are four ABCD buildings in the park, of which ABD building is about 10 high. The orange logo of Xiaomi Group is hung on the wall of Building A, while Building C is lower than the other three buildings, and the words "Jinshan Cloud" are hung on the wall.

According to several staff members, at present, Building C is the office of Jinshanyun Company, Building A is used by employees of Xiaomi Group, and the other two buildings are almost vacant. According to insiders, the staff of Xiaomi Automobile will probably work in Building B or D. ..

When night fell, the reporter found that only a few offices on the second and sixth floors of Building A were lit, and the factory building was brighter, while there were no lights in Buildings B and D. At five or six o'clock in the afternoon, the reporter waited at the door for a long time, and did not see the scene of the staff going out after work. Only Liao Liao left in a hurry. Compared with the bright lights of the opposite JD.COM Building, it looks very deserted here.

Some internal staff told reporters that the factory in this Xiaomi Park mainly produces hardware equipment such as Xiaomi mobile phones, and the goods stored in the library are also Xiaomi-related mobile phones or smart products. However, during the reporter's visit, it was observed that many logistics vehicles unloaded around the established track in the park and then drove out of the gate.

The reporter found around the park that most of them are factories of various enterprises. There is a major project under construction opposite the east gate of Xiaomi Group Park, involving the design and packaging of display driver chips. In addition, Beijing Benz, Beiqi New Energy and other new energy automobile enterprises, as well as a number of "three power" supporting enterprises have been laid out in the region, and the industrial chain is relatively perfect.
