How many degrees of heating in Xingtai residential area is up to standard (Xingtai heating charging standard)

According to Article 22 of Chapter III of Xingtai Heating Regulations, during the heating period, the heating unit shall ensure that the room temperature of the bedroom, living room and bathroom of residents' heat users is not lower than 18℃. The room temperature of non-resident heat users shall meet the national standards or be agreed by both parties in the contract. Users who implement metering and charging are not limited by the above heating temperature.

In 2002, the national indoor air quality standard, namely GB/T 18883-2002, was formulated. It is stipulated that the heating standard in winter is 16 ~ 24℃, and the indoor temperature that meets this standard is indoor comfortable temperature.

Conditionally meet the room temperature standard of 18℃. The design of the building itself must conform to the energy-saving design code, and the actual quality of the building must conform to the building energy-saving standards.
