How to declare provincial water conservancy scenic spots in Tibet

1. First of all, the applicant must be a staff member of the water conservancy scenic spot department of the provincial (river basin) water administrative unit.

2. Secondly, the competent department of water conservancy scenic spot of the provincial (river basin) water administrative unit shall apply to the scenic spot office of the Ministry of Water Resources (see annex 1 for the specific format), and the application form shall be faxed to the scenic spot office of the Ministry of Water Resources with the official seal of the unit.

3. Finally, after the approval of the Scenic Spot Office of the Ministry of Water Resources, the user name and password of the water conservancy scenic spot management information system will be issued to the applicant.
