3. Have qualifications, degrees and majors that meet the requirements of the recruitment position. The major is identified according to Appendix 2: Catalogue of Professionals Recruiting Meteorological Department Personnel (221 Edition). In principle, college graduates in 223 should obtain corresponding diplomas and degree certificates before August 31, 223, and college graduates in 221 and 222 should have obtained corresponding diplomas and degree certificates. Returned overseas students should obtain foreign (overseas) academic degree certification issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
