The examination is conducted in a combination of written examination and interview.

Written test content: comprehensive knowledge of pedagogy (about 40%), including educational laws and regulations, pedagogy and educational psychology; Basic knowledge of primary and secondary education and teaching (about 60%), including the basic knowledge of classroom teaching management and classroom teaching art, teaching material analysis's understanding and handling, the handling and application of teaching methods, class management and work art, moral education management, students' ideological education and psychological counseling, and related case analysis. The written test adopts the same topic.

Interview: The interviewers for each position are determined from high to low by those who have passed the written test or above.
