As of May 16, 2023, there is no policy subsidy for opening billiard halls in this area.

According to the data of official website, Beijing Municipal People's Government, the Measures for the Administration of Subsidy Funds for Newly-built Sports Venues in Beijing stipulates that the sports venue subsidy is a one-time afterwards encouragement policy, and the subsidy items include newly-built indoor and outdoor football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, swimming venues, indoor table tennis, badminton and ice sports venues. Billiards hall is not included in this subsidy policy.

It should be noted that the venue buildings involved in this subsidy policy should have legal property rights, and the nature of outdoor venue construction land should belong to sports land or construction land. As a lessee, the lease relationship should be clear. In addition, the project should all be invested and constructed by social capital.
