Job Responsibilities and Mission:

This position helps Starbucks succeed by providing excellent customer service. Coffee Bar Associates are expected to create the "Starbucks Experience" for our customers by providing fast service, quality beverages and products, and keeping the store environment clean and comfortable. This position requires leading by example and adhering to Starbucks' Code of Conduct.

Summary of main responsibilities:

The responsibilities and main functions include but are not limited to the following:

Enhance Starbucks’ corporate culture with integrity, honesty and knowledge-seeking behavior , values ??and mission. Stay calm during peak customer flow or emergencies, maintain normal store operations and set a positive example for partners.

Forecast customer and store needs through continuous environmental assessment and hints given by customers. Passing information to store managers allows the team to respond as necessary to establish a "third place" environment at all times.

Assist in training new partners, actively help improve their successful performance at work, and provide respectful and encouraging guidance when needed

Discover changes in partners' work morale and behavioral performance, Communicate with Store Manager to promote a positive team atmosphere.

Provide quality service to all customers, demonstrate a "customer first" service attitude, and maintain close contact with customers. Discover customer needs and respond to them.

Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety and security, to ensure the safety of all associates while on duty.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment so partners can find resources and products when needed.

Ensure regular work and punctual attendance.

Insist on following all product formulas and display standards to provide consistent quality beverages, coffee beans and food to all customers. Follow health, safety and hygiene guidelines for all products.

Recognize and reinforce individual and team achievements through the use of existing organizational methods.
