The difference between rural doctors and directional doctors in Hainan rural revitalization

Different objects have different policy contents.

1. Different targets: rural orders mainly provide employment opportunities and stable income for students from poor rural families, while rural doctors mainly aim at medical college graduates and encourage them to engage in medical and health work in rural areas.

2. The policy content is different: rural orders provide jobs and living security for eligible rural students by signing agreements with rural enterprises and village collective economic organizations, while rural doctors provide medical and health jobs for medical college graduates by purchasing services from the government, and give certain subsidies and rewards.
