What should I do after the written test results of teacher recruitment are announced?

I. Qualification examination

Teachers' recruitment examination can generally determine the interview finalists one week after the written test results are announced. The finalists must hold the originals and photocopies of relevant materials specified by the competent education department of the recruitment school, and conduct on-site qualification review at the time and place specified by the recruitment department. Only after passing the examination can they participate in the interview. Those who passed the teacher qualification examination in 2020 and met the qualification requirements, but have not yet obtained the teacher qualification certificate due to time constraints, must hold the certificate issued by the local teacher qualification accreditation institution that meets the qualification requirements for recognized teachers (that is, they have passed all the examinations and tests for applying for teacher qualification). Due to the failure of qualification review, the vacancies of interviewers will be filled according to the written test scores from high to low.

Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who is found to be inconsistent with the scope and conditions of the announcement or to be fraudulent will be disqualified. The specific matters shall be notified to the candidates by the unit that organizes the interview.

Second, the interview

The interview mainly examines the education and teaching level and ability of the candidates. Generally, it is conducted by means of trial lectures and lectures. In principle, it will be completed within one month after the written test results are announced.
