What does special recruitment for college graduates mean?

College graduates refer to students who graduated from domestic institutions of higher learning, including college graduates, undergraduate graduates, master graduates and doctoral graduates. Generally speaking, it refers to fresh graduates who have not obtained a diploma but are in internship and graduates who have obtained a diploma but have not exceeded their employment period.

1. New college graduates who are included in the national unified recruitment plan, accepted by ordinary colleges and universities, and hold employment registration certificates issued by provincial education authorities.
