In recent years, our school has paid close attention to education and teaching management. Focusing on the five links of teaching, we should strengthen the quantitative assessment of teachers' teaching work and teachers' morality and style, standardize students' behavior with strict discipline and management, and comprehensively improve the teaching quality and management level. In 2006, Lu Han, a student of our school, ranked first among the liberal arts students in Lan Shu with a score of 627, and was admitted to the Chinese Department of Beijing Normal University. The number of people with test scores above 600 ranks second among all high schools in Lan Shu; Liu Peng ranked second in Lan Shu with 293 points. Zhao Wancheng failed to enter the unified recruitment line of Lan Shu No.1 Middle School by 2.5 points.

In 2007, the college entrance examination ranked eighth among freshmen in Lan Shu University with a high score of 654. In the college entrance examination in 2008, our school was awarded the "Teaching Quality Improvement Award" by Jilin City, ranking second in Lan Shu in science. In 2009, Rebecca and Pang Liang, senior three students in our school, won the second and third prizes in the national provincial chemistry competition, and scored 546 points in the senior high school entrance examination in Rebecca. This year, they successfully passed the independent entrance examination of Dalian Maritime University.
