It is stipulated that those who have worked continuously in Baiyun District for one year, have intermediate titles or above, or have a junior college degree or above, or hold senior management positions in registered enterprises in Baiyun District can enjoy the same household registration treatment in Guangzhou within the scope of Jianggao, Renhe, Taihe and Zhong Luotan in Baiyun District.

This means that as long as you have a college degree, you can settle in Baiyun if you meet the requirements. At the same time, you can buy a house directly in Jianggao, Renhe, Taihe and Zhong Luotan, and enjoy the household registration treatment in Guangzhou (the current purchase restriction policy in Guangzhou is: 2 sets of local family accounts, single (divorced) local household registration 1 set).

First, the scope and object of the policy: holding a green card for talents in Guangzhou; Holding "Yunju Cai Yingka" in Baiyun District; Studying in colleges and universities (universities, secondary vocational and technical schools) within the jurisdiction of Baiyun District for one consecutive year; Have worked continuously in Baiyun District for one year, have intermediate titles or above, or have college education or above, or hold senior management positions in registered enterprises in Baiyun District.

Second, provide settlement services for all kinds of talents who hold Guangzhou talent green card and Baiyun District "Yunju talent card". Open a green channel for cardholders and their spouses and children who are not living independently, simplify procedures, and give priority to registered permanent residence to move into our district.

Third, provide admission service for all kinds of talents who hold Guangzhou talent green card and Baiyun District "Yunju talent card". Cardholder's children are eligible to participate in computer allocation in public kindergartens in our district; On the premise that there are surplus degrees in compulsory public schools in the region, priority will be given to high-quality public degrees in the region, and at the same time, commissioners will be arranged to follow up the admission service throughout the process.

4. For all kinds of talents who hold Guangzhou Talent Green Card and Baiyun District "Yunju Talent Card" and have no housing in this city, they can apply for renting our talent apartment.

Five, the above talents in Baiyun District Jianggao, Renhe, Taihe, Zhong Luotan four towns within the scope of the same treatment of Guangzhou registered residents, specific operational guidelines shall be formulated by the relevant departments.
