Just because you are a college student, I won't be your head waiter after you come to the hotel. You are treated like any other high school student. Some hotels have academic qualifications. Your college is 50 yuan more than high school students, and there is an allowance for English ability. For example, if you are in Grade 4, you may get 100 yuan more every month. In a hotel, you don't look at academic qualifications, just your ability. The same is true for promotion. If you want to be promoted, you must first look at whether you have done a good job. After you do it, compare your education and ability. Do you know why? Because after you go to the hotel, you may find that your department manager may only have a junior college degree, maybe a bachelor's degree, and there is little unified recruitment. Do you know what a unified plan is? Your leader climbed up by ability. Your leader has no education, so employees are not required to have education. The major of hotel management is actually very chaotic in China, and hotel management is not mature at the undergraduate level. Therefore, looking at 2 1 1, 985 universities in China, few schools offer the major of hotel management. Some are just tourism management, or tourism management (hotel direction). Unlike the hotel management major in developed countries, it is very mature and has a master's degree. A hotel is a hotel and should not be confused with tourism management.

You find that the company you are with still has many graduate degrees, but your company treats each of you equally, even with the same promotion requirements. Will you secretly rejoice, "Nima, your graduate education is the same as that of labor and capital, and the promotion requirements are the same as that of labor and capital. It is useless for you to study as a graduate student?" Will those graduate students think, "Do I need to change my job?" You got it?

Having said so much, I didn't mean to hurt you. That is the reality. You don't have to be a hotel. You can be a tour guide, so can a tour guide. There are no professional restrictions, as long as you have a tour guide card. Get a tour guide card. If you have good English and strong ability, you can take a foreign tour group and earn tens of thousands of dollars once you go to Europe. Even for domestic tour groups, the monthly income of four or five thousand yuan is not much problem, at least it is better than being a waiter in a hotel.
