Is there a difference between government employees and government contract workers?

There is not much difference between government employees and government contract workers. Their nature is actually the same.

1. Except that government employees do not have administrative law enforcement powers, they participate in the same work as most ordinary civil servants.

2. Government employees who do well must pass the examination organized by the government before they can become civil servants or public servants.

3. Relatively speaking, welfare subsidies are not as good as government contract workers.

4. Government employees are not included in the formal establishment of state agency personnel. They are given "hardware" according to the labor law, and their wages are much lower than those of formal employees.

5. The government recruitment system began in 2007, and has basically established a preliminary framework for recruitment management.

6. For government departments, the introduction of the recruitment system is of full forward-looking and positive significance. It is a contract-based employment method that breaks the single form of government employment.
