Provinces that require social security certificates for second-level construction engineers in 2017: Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Fujian, and Jilin.

The qualification review for the second-level construction engineer examination is becoming more and more strict. In order to prevent candidates from falsifying their work experience, some provinces require the submission of social security certificates from the unit to prove that candidates have a corresponding period of construction work experience.

At present, the provinces that require social security certificates to apply for second-level construction engineers are: Jiangsu, Anhui, Jiangxi, Fujian, and Jilin.

Jiangxi: Qualification review requires a certificate of years of experience in construction management of construction projects issued by the unit, a copy of the enterprise qualification certificate with an official seal, and the original "Basic Pension Insurance Participation and Payment Certificate".

Anhui: The province implements on-site qualification review before the exam, and those who fail the qualification review are not allowed to take the exam. Bring the originals and copies of your valid ID card, academic certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, etc., as well as the registration form and proof of pension insurance payment for the corresponding year when you meet the registration conditions (applicants from public institutions who have not paid pension insurance should provide the personnel of their unit) Certification of years of service issued by the department).
