China Securities Association was established on August 28th, 199 1. It is a social organization legal person registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs with the approval of the State Council according to the Securities Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Social Organizations. It is a self-regulatory organization of the securities industry, and accepts the business guidance, supervision and management of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs.
