3. Registration method: Take the way of on-site registration. 4. Precautions:

(2) Examination

(3) Investigation
The total test scores of candidates are calculated according to 40% of written test scores and 60% of interview scores. (4) Publicity and physical examination
After the inspection, the personnel to be hired will be publicized for 7 working days. After the publicity, the municipal leading group will organize a physical examination of the personnel to be hired, and then study and determine the list of employees.
If it is necessary to make up the exam for some reason, the municipal leading group will make up the exam according to the candidates' test scores from high to low, and arrange inspection, publicity and physical examination.
(5) Distribution and appointment
The organization department of the county (city, district) committee scientifically and reasonably allocates the specific work place of the hired personnel according to the examination results of the candidates, voluntary reporting, professional expertise and the actual needs of the rural grassroots, and reports to the organization department of the municipal party committee for the record. The organization department of each county (city, district) committee is responsible for handling relevant employment procedures, and coordinating the personnel exchange service agencies under the personnel department of the county (city, district) government to handle personnel agency for transferring college graduates.
(6) Training and management
After the list of employees is confirmed, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee will conduct pre-job intensive training and arrive at the post before the end of August.
