Interview questions are divided into lesson preparation (or activity design) questions and prescribed answers:

Determination of test questions for lesson preparation (or activity design): Before preparing lessons, candidates log in to the interview evaluation system, and the computer randomly selects a group of test questions from the test database, and the candidates select one and confirm it.

Determination of required answers: Before the examinee tries to give a lecture (or give a demonstration), the examiner randomly selects from the question bank in the interview room.

Time allocation:

Prepare for 20 minutes (20 minutes for kindergarten activities), audition (demonstration) and reply for 20 minutes.

Interview process

In addition to the candidates who apply for the qualification of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools, other candidates use the interview evaluation system of the examination center of the Ministry of Education. The interview process is as follows:

1. Select a topic. According to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the interview evaluation system, and the computer randomly extracts test questions from the question bank (kindergarten candidates choose 1 from the two selected test questions, and only choose 1 for other categories). After the examinee confirms, the computer prints the list of test questions.

2. prepare lessons. Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with a list of test questions and lesson preparation paper to write lesson plans (or activity demonstration schemes). The preparation time is 20 minutes.

3. Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selects two prescribed questions from the test database and asks the candidates to answer them. The time is about 5 minutes.

4. Try or demonstrate. Candidates give a trial lecture (or demonstration) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity demonstration scheme). Time 10 minute.

5. reply. The examiner asks questions around the content of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration), and the candidate answers. The time is five minutes.

6. Score. The examiner comprehensively scores the interview performance of the candidates according to the scoring standard.

Candidates with professional teacher qualifications in secondary vocational schools do not adopt the interview evaluation system, which is implemented according to the relevant requirements of the municipal education bureaus.
