Nanjing disabled subsidy standards are as follows:

1. Subsidies for disabled persons with disability certificates include living allowance and nursing allowance;

2. The living allowance for disabled people with difficulties mainly subsidizes the extra living expenses incurred by disabled people due to their disabilities;

3. Nursing subsidies for severely disabled people mainly subsidize the extra long-term care expenses incurred by disabled people due to their disabilities. Long-term care refers to the special nursing consumption and nursing service expenses that last for more than 6 months due to disability;

4, organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions must arrange employment for the disabled in proportion.

The application method of disability allowance is as follows:

1. The two subsidies for the disabled shall be applied to the social assistance window of the township government where the household registration is located with the application materials, and the Application Form for Living Allowance for Disabled Persons with Difficulties and the Application Form for Nursing Allowance for Severe Disabled Persons shall be filled out;

2, the legal guardian of the disabled, legal maintenance, maintenance, maintenance obligations, where the villagers' committee or other clients can handle the application matters on their behalf;

The publicity content shall protect the privacy of the disabled, and shall not disclose information irrelevant to the subsidy evaluation. The publicity period is 5 working days;

The people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the cause of the disabled into the national economic and social development plan, strengthen leadership, comprehensively coordinate, incorporate the funds for the cause of the disabled into the fiscal budget, and establish a stable funding guarantee mechanism.

The State Council has formulated the development program for the disabled in China, and the local people's governments at or above the county level have formulated the development plan and annual plan for the disabled in their respective administrative areas according to the development program for the disabled in China, so as to coordinate the development of the cause for the disabled with the economy and society.
