Huzhou "shared elevator" is coming!

The "elevator bus" with voluntary application, free installation and paid use is coming! Recently, Nanxun District Installation Office announced the "shared elevator" charging scheme and related policies, taking the lead in promoting the existing residential elevator sharing model in the city.

Installing elevators in existing houses is not only a "key thing" to facilitate residents' lives, but also a livelihood fact for the city to organically update and improve its functional support. However, in this process, high-rise residents are usually active, middle-level residents are hesitant, and low-level residents are habitually opposed, which makes many residents of old buildings who urgently need to install elevators flinch.

Huzhou City, taking Nanxun District as a pilot, issued the Three-year Action Plan for Installing Shared Elevator in Existing Multi-storey Residential Buildings (202 1-2023), which effectively solved the elevator installation problem in old residential areas. At present, there are more than 60 intentional installation units.

Shared elevator means that the paid construction is converted into paid use by implementing differentiated charging according to the floor height, giving some non-cash compensation to low-rise residents, and setting up a general contractor to implement unified elevator construction, unified operation and unified maintenance.

All 46 shared elevators in Wan Jinxiang Community of Nanxun District have been started, and Xunxi Xiucheng, the pilot community of shared elevators, has been completed 1 round for comments. It is expected that the 19 unit will be publicized in the near future, and construction will be started first after the publicity.

In addition to taking the lead in piloting the sharing mode in Nanxun District, the elevator installation of 22 buildings along the Yangtze River in Wuxing District also used the flat floor for the first time.

In order to enhance the residents' willingness to add stairs, Huzhou provides a variety of modes for prospective owners to choose, such as one-time investment, free use and installation, paid use, flat-level households and split-level households.

At the same time, the community that has completed the relevant work will be rewarded as the funds for installing elevator publicity and services, and low-interest "elevator loans" will be introduced to solve the problem of people in need, and elevator insurance will be introduced to provide double protection for elevator equipment and passenger safety. It is also remarkable to ensure the quality of elevators and improve the quality of installed elevators.

In recent years, Huzhou has issued the Notice on Further Standardizing the Supervision of Elevator Installation in Existing Residential Buildings and the Notice on Further Standardizing the Handover of Completion Files of Elevator Installation in Existing Residential Buildings on the basis of the Technical Specification for Elevator Installation in Existing Multi-storey Residential Buildings, which clarified the technical specifications and standardized the process supervision and post-filing procedures.

This year, the supervision action of "three inspections and three inspections" will be carried out (to ensure that each elevator pile foundation, steel bar engineering and steel structure hoisting must be seen; The establishment of factory certificate, test report and supervision station records will make people satisfied with the construction technology and rest assured of the construction quality.
