How is Huawei’s after-sales customer service work? Has anyone done it?

Not bad.

I am a Huawei customer service engineer, an after-sales engineer, who repairs mobile phones and computers. Let me start with my daily break from work: 8:30-18:00, and a two-hour break at noon: 12:00-14: 00, one day off per week. You cannot choose the rest time independently. If you are allowed to rest on that day, you must rest on that day.

No rest is allowed on the first service day of each month (the first consecutive Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). The base salary is 2k, and the rest is commission. For repairing a mobile phone, the commission is 8 yuan per order. No matter how much money Huawei charges users, it will give you a commission of 8 yuan. For example, if you replace the screen of mate30pro for 1890 yuan, I will get a commission of 8 yuan, and the speaker of mate30pro will be replaced for free under warranty.

My commission is also 8 yuan per order for wearable products, Porsche products, and folding screen products. For example, if the bracelet is replaced and repaired, the user pays a few hundred, and I give 20 yuan. For matexs screen replacement, 7080 yuan, I commission 20 yuan. , I also get a commission of 20 if there is no warranty charge!

Repair an order for 8 yuan. If you upload the wrong voucher (that is, the photo of the screen change is unclear or wrong), then congratulations. You will be fined 200 yuan, or the order is entered incorrectly (various information input errors) ), I was fined 50 yuan. This is because Huawei is going back on old accounts and saying that I didn’t upload the photos or didn’t upload the photos and deducted the money. If I didn’t have 10,000, I would have to pay 8,000.
