① Registration method: On-site registration and e-mail registration are adopted, and each candidate is limited to one post.

② Registration procedure: On-site applicants should bring their valid ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate and other related documents and their originals and photocopies, supporting materials, two recent 2-inch color photos without a hat, and the Registration Form for Open Recruiters in Hunan Institutions (Annex 2) 1 copy to register at the designated place within the specified time.

E-mail applicants should download and fill in the Application Form for Open Recruiters in Hunan Institutions (Annex 2) within the specified registration time, and send it to JS2813511@sina.com mailbox in the form of scanned images together with their valid ID card, diploma, degree certificate, recent 2-inch color photos and other documents and materials. The email title should be filled in according to the name+candidate+position, and they should call to confirm before the registration deadline. When receiving the admission ticket, you should provide the original documents and materials. Failure to register as required shall be deemed invalid.

(3) Fresh graduates who have not yet obtained academic degree certificates can register with school certification materials, and the original academic degree certificates should be provided before July 3, 20231. Among them, fresh graduates returning from studying abroad should also obtain the corresponding foreign academic degree certification before September 30, 2023, otherwise they will be disqualified.
