Key industrial enterprises in Zhengding area implement the system of transferring industrial land with flexible term, lease first and then let, so as to reduce the initial investment cost of enterprises; For newly introduced biopharmaceutical enterprises with domestic advanced technology to lease innovative carriers and standard workshops, within five years from the effective date of the lease contract, 100% rental subsidy will be given in the first three years, and 50% rental subsidy will be given in the next two years, with a maximum annual limit of 2 million yuan for a single enterprise.

For intermediaries (intermediaries) that introduce key industrial enterprises in Zhengding area and realize ground operation, ground enterprises or project companies that meet the requirements and realize operation for more than three years (including three years), a one-time reward of 5‰ of the total registered capital or project fixed assets investment will be given for the first time; It can also be rewarded for three consecutive years at 6% of the local financial contribution. For industrial projects that meet the key development orientation of Zhengding District, if the investment in fixed assets (excluding real estate projects) is increased by more than 50 million yuan and the effective investment intensity of fixed assets reaches 5 million yuan/mu, within five years from the month of production, according to the contribution of enterprises to local financial resources, the enterprise development will be supported 100% in the first three years and 80% in the next two years.

Support professional park investors to invest in the construction of key industries in Zhengding area, and allow the park property rights to be divided and sold. Among them, for the "Garden in the Garden" in the three key industries of biomedicine (including medical devices), aviation industry and digital industry, if the self-sustaining ratio of the park property is not less than 30%, you can apply for the reward and support policies for the region declared and paid by the park investors; Or give a certain percentage of rewards according to the financial contribution of enterprises entering the park, and investors in the park will independently formulate investment promotion policies and pay for them themselves.

Support professional building economic operators to operate key buildings in Zhengding area. If the contracted business area is not less than 1000 square meters, the maximum reward shall not exceed 80% according to the total financial contribution of the imported enterprise, and the investment promotion policy shall be independently formulated by the business entity and paid by itself; With the consent of the importing enterprise, it can also apply for the unified summary, declaration and distribution of various incentive and support policies in the region by the business entities.

Support the development of supporting industries
