Level 3 qualification standards:

1. The enterprise has undertaken the construction of more than 2 of the following 6 steel structure projects in the past 5 years, and the project quality is qualified.

(2) The weight of the steel structure is more than 100 tons;

(3) The building area of ??the steel structure is 1,000 square meters meters or more;

(4) The grid project side length is more than 10 meters;

(5) The weight of the grid structure is more than 5 tons;

(6) The grid structure construction area is more than 200 square meters.

2. The company manager has more than 3 years of experience in engineering management; the technical person in charge has more than 3 years of experience in the technical management of steel structure and grid engineering construction and has an intermediate or above professional title in the relevant profession; the financial person is responsible Persons with junior accounting titles or above.

The enterprise shall have no less than 15 engineering, technical and economic management personnel with professional titles, including no less than 12 engineering and technical personnel; among the engineering and technical personnel, there shall be no less than 3 persons with intermediate or above professional titles.

The company has no less than 3 project managers with level 3 qualifications or above.

3. The registered capital of the enterprise is more than 3 million yuan, and the net assets of the enterprise are more than 3.6 million yuan.

4. The company’s highest annual project settlement income in the past three years is more than 5 million yuan.

5. The enterprise has construction machinery and quality testing equipment suitable for the scope of the contracted project.
