The Historical Evolution of Ningxiang County People's Hospital

Ningxiang County People's Hospital was formerly known as Ningxiang County Government Health Center, 1939, which was established on September 8, with Gong Heng as the first dean.

From 65438 to 0949, after Ningxiang County People's Government took over, Ningxiang County People's Government Health Center was established, and Zhou was the first dean after liberation. 1956 ningxiang county people's government health center was renamed ningxiang county people's hospital.

Since the reform and opening up, hospitals have embarked on the track of healthy and stable development. From 65438 to 0982, Liu served as the president of Ningxiang County People's Hospital. He took the lead in institutional reform, implemented two-level appointment system, and implemented measures such as talent strategy and economic target management. The hospital developed rapidly, with the inpatient building completed 1987 and the outpatient building completed 1995. 1994 hospital was rated as a "second-class first-class hospital" by the Ministry of Health, and 1995 was awarded the title of "baby-friendly hospital" by UNICEF and WHO.
