The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1. Since June 6, 2022 10, Guanghan City has conducted 1 time full-time nucleic acid detection every day, and tentatively conducted three rounds. Nucleic acid testing will start at 8: 00 on the 6th, and the nucleic acid testing on the 7th and 8th will be subject to the notice of each town and street. Follow-up is dynamically adjusted according to the epidemic situation.

Second, please pay close attention to the release time of nucleic acid testing in this area, go to the designated place to participate in nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner according to the notice of the town (street) and village (community) where you are located, insist on wearing a mask, keep the distance of 1 meter, and do personal protection to ensure that "everyone should check and not miss anyone". Those who take closed control measures in areas and homes shall be isolated in accordance with relevant prevention and control regulations.

3. From 8: 00 on June 6, 2022, 10, the temporary control of Guanghan City was strengthened, and all residents stayed at home in principle. Non-residents of the village (community) are not allowed to enter unless necessary, and outsiders must report.

(1) Residential areas (courtyards) are not crowded or clustered. In principle, each household can arrange 1 person to go out with negative nucleic acid certificate 1 time within 24 hours, and the time of going out should be controlled within 1 hour. Residents who have to go out because of special needs such as medical treatment can enter and leave with the consent of their village (community).

(3) Except for special vehicles performing emergency tasks such as ambulance, fire fighting, public security and emergency rescue, other vehicles engaged in ensuring supply, people's livelihood, epidemic prevention and emergency transportation are allowed to pass, and other vehicles are prohibited from passing on the road. Adjust the frequency of bus operation, keep taxis running, and take public transport (including taxis) with negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours.

(4) Except for life supermarkets (including farmers' markets), pharmacies, medical institutions, fresh express delivery, e-commerce distribution and catering enterprises (which do not provide in-store meals but only take-away services) that guarantee citizens' basic living needs, other business premises and stores are closed. All kinds of meetings, forums, trainings, performances, competitions, exhibitions, square dances and other party activities are suspended. All kinds of entertainment places, public sports places, scenic spots, etc. Temporarily closed. All kinds of schools, nursing homes and children's welfare homes implement closed management. Places for religious activities are temporarily closed.

Fourth, strict outpatient management, suspension of the city's individual clinics, individual clinics, suspension of daily outpatient and health examination services, and retention of emergency and fever clinics, delivery, hemodialysis, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, surgery and other emergency services. Patients with yellow code shall go to the designated hospitals of yellow code in their jurisdiction as required.
