( 1) All citizens of the People’s Republic of China and foreigners who are allowed to work in my country and meet one of the following conditions can apply to take the professional qualification examination for practicing pharmacists:

1. Obtained a pharmacy qualification , College degree in Chinese Materia Medica, working in a pharmacy or Chinese Materia Medica position for at least 5 years;

2. Obtaining a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Chinese Materia Medica, working in a pharmacy or Chinese Materia Medica position At least 3 years;

3. Obtain a second bachelor’s degree, graduate degree or master’s degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine, and work in a pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine position for at least 1 year;

4. Obtain a doctorate degree in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine;

5. Those who have obtained corresponding academic qualifications or degrees in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine related majors will have a corresponding increase in the number of years they have worked in pharmacy or traditional Chinese medicine positions. 1 year.

(3) Residents of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan who meet the corresponding requirements for the professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists can register to take the examination.

3. Territorial registration requirements

IV. The notification system will be implemented for registration certification matters

According to the "Notice on Carrying out the Examination Work for the Professional Qualification Examination for Practicing Pharmacists in 2021" by the Personnel Examination Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (Personnel Examination Center Letter [2021] No. 31), the Personnel Examination Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security "Notice on Issuing the "Working Procedures for Notification of Registration Certification Matters for the Vocational Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel" (Personnel Examination Center Letter [2021] No. 1 ) relevant regulations, a notification system will be implemented for registration certificates for this examination.

(1) Registration and information verification. Registered and newly registered candidates can choose whether to apply through the "notification system" after filling in relevant information in the registration system. Applicants should carefully read and understand the "Application Instructions", relevant professional qualification systems and examination implementation regulations, fully grasp the application conditions and requirements, and fill in the relevant information accurately, completely and truthfully after confirming that they are fully qualified. The personal identity, academic qualifications, major, work unit, and relevant working years and other information submitted during registration will be verified online through the government information sharing interface and other methods.

1. Those who choose "not to use the notification method" must upload relevant supporting materials after filling in the relevant information. They must pass the online preliminary review by the personnel examination agency before they can continue the registration process. For those who choose "not using the notification method", the registration system will not allow you to modify or change the registration method again. After passing the exam, you need to go to the job reform department at the place of registration for post-exam manual verification. Please choose carefully when applying.

2. Those who choose "Adopt notification method" must sign the "Notification System Application Form for Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Registration Certification Matters" (electronic text) by themselves, and no proxy is allowed. If you choose "Adopt the notification method", you do not need to upload relevant certification materials if you pass the online verification, and your scores are qualified and there is no objection to the public announcement. In principle, you will no longer participate in the post-examination manual verification; if you fail the online verification or cannot be verified, you must upload relevant certification materials and your scores are qualified. After that, you need to go to the job reform department at the place of registration for post-examination on-site manual verification. Such applicants can withdraw before the registration deadline without paying the fee, and change it to "not using the notification method". After withdrawal, relevant supporting materials must be uploaded, and registration can only be continued after passing the online preliminary review by the personnel examination agency. Once the operation is withdrawn, the notification system will no longer apply to this year's exam. After passing the exam, you need to go to the job reform department at the place of registration for post-exam on-site manual verification.

If those who choose "not to use the notification method" or withdraw and change to "not to use the notification method" fail to upload relevant materials to complete the online preliminary review during the registration period, their registration will be deemed invalid.

(2) Persons to whom the notification system does not apply.

The notification system does not apply to candidates who have violated disciplines and regulations and are recorded in the professional and technical personnel qualification examination integrity archives within the recording period. Such personnel must bring their ID cards, original academic certificates, unit labor contracts, social security payment records, etc. to the Second Department of the Hunan Provincial Personnel Examination Institute for on-site registration during the registration period. Those who pass the exam will be subject to post-exam manual verification based on the territorial principle.

(3) Strengthen supervision during and after the event. Implement full-process supervision and management of application behavior, open channels for supervision and reporting, and accept social supervision. All personnel who have passed the test and are expected to obtain qualification certificates will be announced on the portal website, and any reports will be verified one by one and investigated thoroughly. At the same time, certain methods will be used to review the qualifications of applicants. If the review finds that the candidates do not meet the application conditions, the examination results will be invalid. Establish and improve the traceability and accountability review system. Electronic documents of information submitted by applicants and uploaded materials will be stored for a long time as basic human resources data comparison information. Whenever, upon verification, it is found that those who do not meet the application conditions at the time or have committed fraud, the corresponding occupation will be cancelled. Qualifications, subsequent professional qualifications or other rights and interests obtained based on this will also be cancelled.

(4) Strict punishment for breach of trust. If candidates intentionally conceal the true situation, provide false information, or use other improper means to obtain corresponding qualification certificates (certificates) and other disciplinary violations, they shall strictly follow the "Regulations on Handling Disciplinary and Violations in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel" (Human Resources and Social Security Ministry Order No. 31).

Establish a blacklist system for dishonest candidates, increase joint punishment for dishonesty, and strengthen cross-departmental linkage response. We will improve the joint punishment mechanism of "being untrustworthy in one place and being restricted everywhere". Untrustworthy behaviors will be recorded in the integrity archives of professional and technical personnel qualification examinations, and untrustworthy candidates in the integrity archives will be included in the national credit information sharing platform. Information about dishonest test takers will be announced or notified to the public as appropriate, and the unit where the person concerned is located will be notified. The "Personal Integrity and Distrust Record Sheet" (Attachment 2) will be placed in the personal file. If a crime is suspected, it will be transferred to the judicial authority for processing.

2. Registered applicants must complete their information. After 24 hours of registration submission and passing the online verification, complete the registration according to the process (the registration matters and steps are the same as above).

3. After filling in the relevant information, the system will generate the "Application Form for Notification of Registration Certification Matters for the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel", which must be signed and submitted by the applicant himself (a proxy is not allowed). The electronic text of the application form can be downloaded and saved.

4. Select the registration method. Applicants can choose the registration method independently when registering. For specific requirements, please see the first item of Article 4 of this notice, "Implementation of Notification System for Registration Certification Matters."

5. Confirm the information and pay in time. Applicants should carefully check the information filled in again to ensure that the information filled in, selected and uploaded is complete and accurate. Applicants must pay the fee within the specified time; they can modify the registration information on their own before payment is confirmed. Once the fee is paid, no modifications can be made to the filled-in information. When paying online, please use a bank card with the "UnionPay" logo (not limited to banks) to make online payment. After the payment is completed, be sure to check whether the "Payment Status" shows payment successful. The deadline for online payment is: 17:30 on August 23, 2021. Failure to pay the fee by the due date or the payment is unsuccessful will be deemed as giving up the registration.

(2) Precautions for online application

1. Since the online verification of the identity, academic qualifications and other information submitted by the applicants takes a certain amount of time (usually 24 hours), the verification results will be confirmed after the verification results are clear. The registration system will only allow you to continue the registration operation. Applicants must reserve sufficient time for registration.

2. If the applicant uploads the wrong photo, fills in the wrong personal information, selects the wrong application information, fails to pay the fee, does not meet the application conditions, etc., it will cause problems such as taking the exam, paper review, correspondence, and qualification review. If the production, issuance and use of certificates are affected, the applicants shall be solely responsible.

3. In order to facilitate candidates to retrieve user names and passwords, modify registration information, and restrict registration on behalf of others, the online application platform has added a mobile phone binding function. The submitted mobile phone number will be checked during user registration or login. Is it in the registration database? If the mobile phone can be bound, after binding the mobile phone, you can use the mobile phone number to log in to the system and send a verification code to the bound mobile phone for identity verification. After passing the verification, the applicant can view the user name and reset the password. and modify registration information.

4. Please keep your username and password properly. If your password is lost (forgotten), you can use the method provided by the system to retrieve it. If your username and password are stolen by others, you are responsible for your own responsibility. To ensure the security of bank cards and personal information, try not to go to Internet cafes and other public places for online registration and online payment. If the secret answer cannot be retrieved, the applicant is required to bring his or her ID card or the original copy of the People's Republic of China Social Security Card to the nearest municipal or provincial personnel examination agency to apply for retrieval of the secret answer.

5. VII. Examination Method

(1) The Qualification Examination for Licensed Pharmacists is divided into two categories: Pharmacy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, each category includes 4 examination subjects. Each subject is an objective test.

Pharmacy examination subjects include: Pharmacy Professional Knowledge (I), Pharmacy Professional Knowledge (II), Pharmaceutical Management and Regulations, and Comprehensive Knowledge and Skills.

The subjects of the Traditional Chinese Medicine examination include: Traditional Chinese Medicine professional knowledge (I), Traditional Chinese Medicine professional knowledge (II), pharmaceutical management and regulations, and comprehensive knowledge and skills of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Pharmaceutical administration and regulations are the same examination subjects for pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine.

(2) For the Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination, those who take the 4 subject exams (the level is to take the general examination) must pass the examination subjects within 4 consecutive examination years and take the 2 subject exams (the level is to be exempted from the second level) Personnel of the subject must pass the examination subjects within 2 examination years before they can obtain the qualification certificate.

According to the Ministry of Education Examination Center’s “Notice on the Verification of Scores of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination and Other Relevant Work” (Personnel Examination Center Letter [2005] No. 168), the scoring of objective questions adopts an automated score processing system. There is no In the manual score registration and verification process, except for special circumstances such as absence from exams and disciplinary violations, in principle, applications for score verification from test takers will not be accepted.

After the exam, if the test answer sheets are identified as identical by technical means, the test results will be invalidated. Applications for score review must be submitted with the original ID card or admission ticket to the personnel examination agency in the city where the registration is made within 30 days after the examination results are announced. Overdue applications will not be accepted.

(3) When taking the exam, candidates must bring their "Admission Ticket" and the original of their valid "Resident Identity Card" or "Social Security Card of the People's Republic of China" before entering the examination room. Sign the "Examination Hall Seating List" provided by the invigilator.

(4) Candidates should bring a black ink pen, eraser, and 2B pencil (for filling in cards) when taking the exam. Mobile phones and other communication tools are not allowed to be brought into the venue. Those who bring them must turn off their phones and put them in the designated place in the examination room. If you are found using communication tools or not turning off your phone during the exam, you will be treated as a disciplinary violation.

(5) Scratch paper is available in the examination room for examination personnel to request and recycle after the examination. After the exam, sign in the "Signature for Paper Submission" column on the "Examination Hall Seating Chart" provided by the invigilator.

8. Others

(1) Examination room settings

(2) Printing of Admission Ticket

Time for printing admission ticket: 9:00 on October 18, 2021 - 17:00 on October 22, 2021. (3) Charges

In accordance with the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on the issuance of examination fee standards for 18 professional and technical personnel qualification examinations including the Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination" (Hunan and Social Affairs Department Letter [2015] No. 278) and the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance's "Notice on the Fee Standards and Related Issues for Personnel Examinations" (Xiang Price Fee [2012] No. 101) stipulate that the qualification examination for licensed pharmacists in our province is The examination fee is 61 yuan per person per subject (including 11 yuan per person per subject paid to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).

Candidates who need to receive invoices should register with the relevant city or state personnel examination department within one month after successful payment. Overdue applications will not be accepted.

(4) Epidemic Prevention and Control
