However, if the winding diameter is large, the weight and volume will be large, and the weight of the whole machine is about 15% heavier than that of the small winding diameter scheme. The gap between the two rollers of the roller press is called the nip, and the nip on the center line of the two rollers is called the minimum nip, which is expressed by Smin.

According to the specific working conditions and different material characteristics of the roller press, it is adjusted to a more suitable size during production debugging. When the feeding situation changes, it should be adjusted in time.
