How about recruiting in a human resources company? What are the development prospects?

I started from recruiting assistants and grew up to be the director of human resources. From my own experience, it is very good to start my career in human resource management from the recruitment module. As for the reason, analyze your problem before you start.

There are two ways for human resources companies to recruit. I don't know which one you are.

1, ① engaged in recruitment in the human resources department of the human resources company;

2. Engaged in talent search and recommendation in human resources companies whose main business is to recommend talents. Among them, human resources companies can be divided into-

1, 2 and 3 are completely different recruitment jobs. Relatively speaking, ① and ③ have better career development prospects. Unless your ultimate career goal is to set up a labor dispatch company in the future and be your own boss.

Why is there a future from the beginning of recruitment?

First of all, recruitment allows you to meet a large number of people with different working classes, different working classes and different personality characteristics in a short time. Some of them are successful people, some are losers and some are mediocre people. Your knowledge will be greatly expanded and your vision will be greatly broadened. This is not only of great benefit to your choice of job-hopping industry in the future, but also of great benefit to your career change.

Finally, we often hear "being a man in advance". How to be a man? At the very least, the first thing is "insight into human nature"! Human resource management is carried out around people, and it is necessary to understand human nature, otherwise it will be difficult to do well. When you are recruiting, you will use the talent evaluation and selection technology to detect, know, understand and identify candidates in a short time, and then make employment decisions. Similarly, you can also use these technologies to gain insight into human nature. You will win my heart faster and more accurately than my colleagues in other modules.

In addition to the above three aspects, because excellent talents are crucial to the development of the company, even related to the survival of the enterprise, and almost every company lacks enough talents, so the recruitment module is relatively one of the most important tasks of the human resources department and even the company, and its development prospects are promising.
