Hongqi Factory has relatively high educational requirements, usually a bachelor’s degree or above. This manufacturing plant is a factory in my country that specializes in R&D and manufacturing of aerospace engines and has made many contributions to my country's aerospace industry.

Xi’an Hongqi Machinery Factory is now known as China Aviation Development Xi’an Aero Engine Co., Ltd., referred to as China Aviation Development Xi’an. China Aviation Development Xi’an was founded in 1958. It is China’s large aviation engine manufacturing base and one of the top 1000 national enterprises. As one of the large enterprise groups, the company has more than 2,500 engineering and technical personnel and more than 4,000 domestic and foreign advanced cold and hot processing equipment and measurement and testing equipment. It has won more than 150 scientific research achievement awards at the provincial, ministerial and above levels.
