The company has more than 9,000 sets of main production equipment, more than 8,000 employees and an annual production capacity of 600,000 engines. The main products are diesel engines and generator sets, with light, medium and heavy-duty 12 series of multi-cylinder diesel engines, covering power of 55 ~ 440 kilowatts, and all series of automobile products meet the national emission standards above 3.

The products have the characteristics of high horsepower, high torque, high reliability, low fuel consumption, low emission, low noise, strong adaptability, perfect and convenient service, etc., and have become the first choice supporting power for domestic main trucks, buses, construction machinery and agricultural machinery. The production and sales volume of diesel engines ranked first among domestic counterparts for seven consecutive years.

Yuchai Machinery has established three R&D bases in Yulin, Nanning and Europe since its establishment, and has a series of important scientific research facilities, such as National Enterprise Technology Center, National Engineering Laboratory of Internal Combustion Engine, National Accreditation Laboratory, Postdoctoral Research Center, and Academician Expert Enterprise Workstation. And cooperate with more than 40 domestic and foreign scientific research institutions to jointly establish a joint development center, and strive to build a leading international scientific research base.

At present, Yuchai Machinery has obtained more than 6,700 authorized patents, ranking first in the industry for 16 years in a row, and also obtained 26 PCT international patents.
