4. Which construction sites can resume work and production?

Shanghai is currently carrying out stepped classification management of construction sites across the city, focusing on epidemic-related construction sites, improving various epidemic prevention and control measures, and achieving social clearance of construction sites as soon as possible, laying the foundation for the full resumption of work and production at construction sites. Based on the epidemic situation, construction sites are divided into three types: red, yellow and green, and different control measures are implemented for each type. Red construction sites have the strictest control measures, while yellow construction sites and green construction sites lower the control levels in sequence.
