I. Basic conditions

Third, registration related matters

(2) Registration method: Candidates register with the specific employer with the registration form and other related materials, and the specific employer is responsible for the preliminary qualification examination of the applicants, and the admission ticket will be issued after the examination by the district talent exchange center.

The interview adopts a structured interview method, and the interviewer scores on the spot, which mainly tests the comprehensive quality of the candidates. After the interview, the written test and interview scores will be converted into comprehensive total scores according to 1: 1. The candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined from those who have passed the written examination and interview according to the ranking order of comprehensive total score and the ratio of 1: 1 to the number of people to be recruited. If the overall score is the same, those with higher interview scores will enter the physical examination and assessment; If the interview result is still the same, re-interview.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) physical examination and evaluation

(1) physical examination. Participants need to bring their ID card and admission ticket, and go to the designated hospital for centralized physical examination according to the arrangement. Physical examination personnel should take part in the physical examination on time, and those who do not take part in the physical examination on time are deemed to have given up their medical examination qualifications.

The standard of physical examination for this recruitment refers to the General Standard of Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health, and the relevant expenses shall be borne by the individual.

(2) evaluation. Candidates who pass the physical examination shall be assessed by the specific recruitment unit, and the main contents of the assessment shall be morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty, and the qualification conditions for registration shall be reviewed. Those who fail the examination shall not be employed.

(3) If the medical examination or assessment is unqualified or the candidate to be hired voluntarily gives up the employment qualification, it will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive total score (the comprehensive score of the candidate is valid within one year).

6. Go through the employment formalities

(a) according to the requirements of the post and the results of examination, assessment and physical examination, the list of persons to be hired is selected and publicized on Jimei.com () for 7 days.

(two) if the publicity results do not affect the employment, the applicant shall sign a labor contract with the specific recruitment unit after reporting to the relevant department for examination.

1. The qualifications required for the post must be national education or general education, both of which are professional qualifications required for the post.

2. This recruitment examination uses the Catalogue of Professional Guidance for Recruitment of Public Institutions in Fujian Province (Trial) (fall of 20 12) to set and review professional conditions. Applicants please refer to the relevant documents in Annex 4.
