The stamping deformation mechanism of plastic and powdered plastic (resin) board plastic is completely different from that of metal. A remarkable feature of plastic blanking is its large springback. Plastics are divided into two categories: thermosetting plastics and thermoplastic plastics. Phenolic plastic is a typical representative of thermosetting plastic. Phenolic plastic board is a basic board made by soaking fiber raw materials (paper, cloth, etc.). ) and laminate them, and press them in a hot state. Phenolic plastic board is mainly used as insulation board and electrical parts. Punching machine is widely used, but it is also limited to blanking and punching. Its blanking or punching die is not particularly different from the blanking die of general metal materials except that the blanking gap is smaller. Due to the poor quality of stamping and cutting surfaces of workpieces, smooth cutting sections are usually obtained by trimming after stamping. 4. Composite steel plate composed of composite resin and steel plate is a new stamping material. Includes two concrete structures: lightweight composite slab and vibration-proof steel plate. Because the middle of this steel plate is made of resin, and the steel plate is on the upper and lower sides of the resin, when blanking, the upper and lower steel plates are cut off with a punch and a die first, and then the resin is pressed down and cut off. Therefore, blank holder rings must be used when stamping composite steel plates. The smaller the gap, the better the blanking effect. In addition, high-speed cutting improves the section quality. When the vibration-proof steel plate is punched by a punch, the size of the workpiece is slightly larger than that of the die, and the gap is small, the verticality of the workpiece section is poor, and the gap is large. Therefore, the material pressing measures should be adopted, and the material pressing force should be large. Japan recommends that the compressive force of unit material is 70~ 100MPa.
