Installation steps of guardrail column

Basic treatment

Where guardrail posts are installed, the base concrete shall not be loose, and the installation elevation shall meet the design requirements. Uneven parts must be eliminated or repaired. Serious honeycomb pits at the grass-roots level passing through the hollow shall not be repaired with cement mortar, but with high-strength concrete, and the railings can only be installed after they have a certain strength.

Fixed surface tube

According to the height of the drawing, locate the mounting card of the face tube, draw lines and make expansion screws, fix the face tube and clamp it on the wall, and then pull nails to fix the face tube.

Mounting column

First, pay off on the basis of construction, determine the position of the fixed point of the column, then drill the hole with an impact drill, and then install the expansion screw. After the screw is fixed, two people need to cooperate when tightening the screw. One person holds the column vertically (horizontally), and the other person cannot shake when tightening the screw.
