XX can begin to implement the method of how to plan every year, and can uniformly evaluate the completion of work plans and the embodiment of core values of employees at all levels. 3) Secondly, the company's mechanism of promoting good and punishing evil is not perfect. Hundreds of people in the company donate blood voluntarily every year. Is it just a transmission of "truth, goodness and beauty"? In the past, our school organized blood donation, but it was still a non-profit organization, which could give everyone a 300 yuan reward. However, the company earned hundreds of millions to billions of dollars or more a year, only a little more than "truth, goodness and beauty". Every year, employees in the company suffer from leukemia or other terminal diseases. I had a physical examination before I came, but I suddenly smelled a special disease after working for a while. Is that weird? Every year we see donations from colleagues and employees, and we have never seen reports of donations from non-colleagues. The company earns hundreds of millions to billions or more a year, and only employees' donations are transmitted in the "truth, goodness and beauty"?
