You will never see any information related to the project. 2. The so-called labor platform docking party will always only tell you a transportation distance and unit price (such as how much it costs to dig, transport, explode, and flatten from 0 to several kilometers). You will never see drawings, lists, project names, and general contractors. The construction units are even more confused (for example, they can only talk about China Railway, China Communications, China Water, etc.) 3. Take the Chongqing earthwork project as an example: today I will tell you that longevity is 100 million cubic meters, and a few days later it will be said that Fuling is 200 million cubic meters. , there was no movement, another 500 million cubic meters appeared in Yongchuan, and in a few days Beibei, Caijia, Banan, Dazu, Baishiyi Jiangnan Airport, etc. basically covered half of Chongqing. During this period, Wanzhou Hou The national defense water conservancy control project in Shanzhen (several hundred million square meters, 80 million square meters per section) has been told that it is a done deal, and it is also said that it is directly related to the Ministry of Water Resources (China Railway, Port and Navigation Bureau won the bid) 4. I have only come into contact with the so-called When you go to a labor service platform (so-called introduced by leaders in Beijing), they won't ask you for a penny, and they even rarely invite them to dinner (you need to invite three or four). They are very principled, and they say that the advance payment will not be paid. , will not sign a contract and will not let you spend money (at the time, I was completely confused by this illusion and felt that this was the person who did the work). However, after a while, around November 2017, the team began to prepare eight members, and then asked the so-called funders to prepare bank deposit certificates, prepare GPS banker measurement points, etc. After everything was ready, the performance officially started, and the celebration wine required Maotai. The leader needs Chinese cigarettes and invites the Beijing leader to dinner... Anyway, he wants money for various reasons. During this period, he can't see anything related to the project. The start time is always tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. The reason why he can't start is the advance payment. The labor service company's account has not been credited yet, so work will start as soon as the account is shown. Now think about it, for a large project worth tens of billions, the general contractor (the so-called central enterprise) will transfer the advance payment of several hundred million or even billions to the account of a private labor service company? Can it stand up to an audit? In order to ask for money from you, a lot of authorization letters, letters of appointment, site entry notices, and internal contracting agreements were sent to you in the name of the labor service company. Anyway, there was no information related to the project. In order to complete the trick, during the process, we will also discuss with you how to help them withdraw funds from the account and how to deduct personal income tax. Anyway, it gives the impression that construction is about to begin. A few months passed and it was almost the Spring Festival. Everyone was anxious to find the legal person of the labor service company. In one sentence, the general climate of the country is like this. If you don’t want to do it, when the project starts, I will pay you back the money I borrowed several times. Then I quietly flew home to celebrate the New Year, and I couldn’t get through the phone (set on the blacklist). After the New Year in 2018, the pattern of 2017 was repeated: starting in March, starting in April, starting in May... Now I’m talking about it again It will definitely open after the National Day... I would like to ask everyone to think about a question. If someone can really get a big project, he will leave it to you. He will not consider your engineering and technical strength, equipment organization ability, etc., but only Consider how much off-book funds you can give him after signing the contract.
