The Spring Festival holiday is coming to an end, and the staff will return to work one after another. In order to ensure the health of the people in the city and do a good job in the prevention and control of normalized epidemics, the Office of COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of Changyuan City issued relevant reminders:

First, strengthen prior reporting. Returned personnel must report to their village and unit three days in advance, and cooperate with the classified management of personnel according to the requirements of the village and unit. Do personal protection when returning, and properly keep travel-related information vouchers. Health codes and trip codes should be "green codes" and managed according to different sources.

Second, strengthen health monitoring. Do a nucleic acid test nearby immediately after arrival, and during this period, reduce outdoor activities and do not participate in various parties and social activities. Indoor ventilation, maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene, and regularly disinfect household items. For those who have lived in high-risk areas, it is recommended not to return to work for a long time.

Third, strengthen personnel screening. Employers should strictly implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control in accordance with the principle of "whoever employs is responsible", strengthen the registration of employees, check their activities in the past 14 days before returning to work, urge those who live in high-risk areas or epidemic areas for 14 days to report to their villages, and actively cooperate with the implementation of epidemic prevention and control measures. Enterprises and schools can take off-peak start-up, school opening and other measures to minimize the gathering of people. All units should make careful work plans, take strict measures to return to work, and implement normalized epidemic prevention and control measures such as temperature measurement, code scanning and wearing masks. After returning to work, all units should strengthen employee health monitoring and check health codes regularly. Enterprises in key industries should regularly organize employees to carry out nucleic acid testing in accordance with industry norms. Strengthen the sanitation and epidemic prevention work in offices and canteens, ventilate every day, keep indoor air circulation, and reduce personnel gathering. Carry out health screening and itinerary investigation for returnees, and do a good job in personnel classification management.

Fourth, strengthen organizational leadership. Compacting the "four-party responsibility" of territories, departments, units and individuals, effectively implementing various epidemic prevention and control and service guarantee measures to ensure the safe return of employees and the normal production of enterprises.
