For me, I won't wait for the leader to leave after work. Most of the time, I get off work according to the time. Because I have been working all day, I have to get off work on time when I get off work. In my mind, I feel that getting off work means that the work is over, and I will naturally leave.

1. Under normal circumstances, I will get off work on time.

As a professional, I will make full use of my working time and do my job well. It can be divided into going to work and getting off work because they are two completely different States. When I start working, I will spend my time and energy on finishing the work. And getting off work means that your day's work is over and you have to start your personal life. So I always get off work on time, and I won't leave until the leader gets off work. Because as far as leadership is concerned, she has her habits, perhaps because she wants to use her off-duty time to deal with urgent affairs that have not been completed during the day. And my work has been completed, so I can choose to leave work directly.

Leaving after work directly reflects my work efficiency.

For me, whether I can get off work on time is just an intuitive reflection of my day's work efficiency. During my work, if I am efficient enough, I can finish my work at the corresponding time, maintain an efficient working state, and naturally get off work on time. If I am inefficient during the day and can't finish my work quickly, I can only postpone my working hours. Personally, I prefer to get off work on time. I don't want my work to encroach on my personal time, and I won't change my decision because the leader is in a state of staying or leaving.

3. It is the leader's personal choice not to go.

In the workplace, due to the special attributes and work nature of leaders, my work content is very different from the scope of responsibilities of leaders. Maybe for me, the work I want to do is under my control, and the leadership has greater responsibilities, so I need to spend more energy to take care of many things that I can't take care of. Because of this, we will have different choices when we get off work. For me, when I get off work, I think my day's work life is over and I must devote myself to my personal life. And leaders may be more willing to stay in the company to deal with some things.

In my opinion, the leader, as my superior, may not have too many boundary concepts about off-duty time. Maybe she just wants to deal with some urgent matters. But in my opinion, work and life should be separated, so that the sense of boundaries will be clearer. So every time I get off work, I will get off work on time, not because the leader is still in the company. Just change my decision.
