Guohua Hulunbeier Power Plant in Inner Mongolia or Datang Liaoning New Energy, which is better?

1 As the main project of Hulunbeier coal-electricity integrated power station group during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, the preliminary feasibility report of the 2×600 MW unit project of Donghai La Power Plant and Lianhe Power Plant passed the examination of relevant experts a few days ago, and on this basis, the two projects entered substantive operation. Driven by the national policy of developing the western region and revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, the power market in Northeast China is recovering and growing at a faster rate every year. Northern United Power Company is optimistic about Hulunbeier's rich advantages in coal resources and water resources, and puts forward the idea of building Hulunbeier coal-electricity integrated power station group during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period and building a powerful power base in Northeast Power Grid. The 2×600 MW unit project of Donghaier Power Plant and Lianhe Power Plant is the main project of the coal-electricity integrated power station group, and also the core project of the cooperation framework agreement between North United Power Company and Hulunbeier City. The construction is funded by North United Power Company, and Antai Thermal Power Company is responsible for the preliminary work of the project. The completion and commissioning of these two projects will provide clean and efficient electric energy for Northeast China and meet the demand for electric energy for the revitalization of old industrial bases in Northeast China. After the above two power plant projects were approved, the project preparation office was established, and the Inner Mongolia Electric Power Survey and Design Institute actively carried out its work, and the preliminary feasibility study of the project was completed as scheduled. 2. Datang Liaoning Branch was established in February 2009, located in Shenyang, a central city in the northeast of China. As a branch of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. in Liaoning Province, it manages power generation enterprises in Liaoning Province on behalf of China Datang Corporation and Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. At present, the branch has three independent power generation companies and ten project preparation (preparation) offices, covering thermal power, wind power, nuclear power, coal chemical industry, coal terminal and other industries.
