In order to improve the mechanism of selecting and employing people in public institutions and improve the quality of new recruits, according to the requirements of documents No.49 [26] of Anzheng Office and No.112 [211] of Anrenshe, with the consent of the municipal government, it is decided to openly recruit staff for public health institutions directly under Anyang City, and this general rule is specially formulated.
I. Recruitment Plan
It is planned to openly recruit 15 staff members for the health institutions directly under Anyang City. For the specific recruitment units, positions, numbers and qualifications, please refer to the Table of Public Recruitment of Staff in Anyang Municipal Health Institutions in 215 (Annex 1).
ii. scope, objects and conditions of recruitment
(I) scope and objects of recruitment
full-time graduates with bachelor degree or above who graduated in 213, 214 and 215 are generally recruited.
(II) Requirements for application
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Have the nationality of Chinese people;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;
3. Have good conduct;
4. Have the professional or technical conditions required for the post;
5. Have physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;
6. Have other conditions required for the post.
Those who are under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:
1. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes;
2. Persons who have not been dismissed from Party discipline or political discipline or are under disciplinary review;
3. Persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are suspected of committing crimes are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;
4. Persons who have been found to have committed serious violations of the discipline of the recruitment examination, such as fraud;
5. Other personnel who do not meet the relevant requirements of the recruiting unit.
iii. recruitment methods and procedures
(I) announcement of recruitment
on January 23, 215, the recruitment announcement was published on Anyang daily, the website of Anyang human resources and social security bureau, Anyang health information network and the websites of various recruitment units.
(II) Registration and Qualification Examination
1. Registration time: from February 25 to 27, 215, from 8: am to 11: 3 am and from 3: pm to 5: 3 pm every day.
2. Registration place: Hall on the second floor of Anyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (No.4 Anzhang Avenue).
3. Registration method: On-site registration is adopted.
(1) Certificates and related materials required for applicants to register: The Registration Form for Staff of Public Recruitment Institutions in Anyang City in 215 (Annex 2) is downloaded and printed on the Internet in duplicate, and three recent 2-inch bareheaded photos of myself, as well as my valid ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, and the original and photocopy of the Graduate Employment Agreement signed by the competent employment department of school graduates or the original and photocopy of the registration certificate are provided; Returned overseas students must also submit the certificate of returned overseas students issued by the Education (Culture) Department (Group) of Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad, and the original and photocopy of the certificate of foreign academic degree issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. If the recruitment position has relevant qualification certificates and other requirements, the corresponding documents and materials shall be provided.

(4) Fee standard: 3 yuan for registration examination (the examination fee is free for medical post with master's degree or above who directly enters the interview), and those who enter the interview process will be charged with interview-related fees separately.
(5) Admission ticket collection: On March 3-4, 215, the applicant will take his/her valid ID card and examination fee receipt to the Personnel Department of Anyang Health Bureau to collect the written examination ticket. Those who fail to receive it within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
(3) Written examination
1. Written examination subjects
(1) The content of the examination for the major of western medicine (including clinical medicine, medical imaging, anesthesiology, mental health and pharmacy) is the basic medical knowledge, with physiology, pathology, pharmacology and anatomy as the main knowledge.
(2) The content of taking the examination for the major of traditional Chinese medicine is the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, mainly including the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine, internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine and knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine.
(3) The contents of the professional examinations for radiation protection and environmental protection, public management, accounting, organic chemistry, health management and applied psychology are public basic knowledge.

3. written test scores
the full score of written test scores is 1 points. The written test results were published on Anyang Health Information Network one week after the written test.
(4) Interview
According to the written test scores of candidates applying for the same position, the candidates who enter the interview are determined according to the ratio of 1: 2 from high score to low score (if the number of candidates applying for the same position in medicine is less than 1: 2, they will enter the interview together). When the last candidate in the same position has tied written test scores, it is also determined to be an interview candidate.

total test score = written test score ×4%+ interview score ×6%.
The interview scores of candidates who directly enter the interview for medical postgraduate positions or above are equal to the total test scores.
the grade calculation shall be rounded to two decimal places. Those with a total score of less than 6 are not allowed to enter the physical examination and assessment procedures.
(V) Physical examination and assessment
According to the total score of the examination, the personnel participating in the physical examination and assessment are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1 for the number of recruits in each major. The total score of the exam is the same, and the physical examination and assessment personnel are determined according to the interview results from high score to low score.
the standards and methods of physical examination are organized and implemented with reference to the relevant provisions in the Notice of the former Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health on Printing and Distributing the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (No.1 [25] of the Ministry of People's Republic of China).
the medical examination fee shall be paid by the applicant personally.
the assessment work shall be organized and implemented by the recruiting unit according to relevant regulations.
those who fail the physical examination and assessment will be disqualified, and the job vacancies caused will be filled according to the total test scores of the candidates in the same position from high to low.
(6) Publicize the recruitment results
Determine the personnel to be hired according to the total examination results, physical examination and assessment results, and publicize them on the website of Anyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Anyang Health Information Online. The publicity time is not less than 7 working days.
(VII) Handling the employment formalities
After the publicity, the proposed employee who has no objection after publicity will sign an employment contract with the employer, fill in the Approval Form for Public Recruiters in Institutions, and report it to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval after being summarized by the Municipal Health Bureau.
the probation period of the hired personnel is one year, which is included in the employment contract.
those who pass the probation period will be formally employed, and those who fail will be disqualified.
iv. discipline and supervision
