What department is responsible for the preparation of the open recruitment plan of public institutions?

The open recruitment plan of public institutions shall be compiled by the Ministry of Personnel.

Civil servants shall meet the following conditions:

1, with China nationality;

2. At least 18 years old;

3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;

4. Have good political quality and moral conduct;

5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

6. Have the educational level and working ability that meet the requirements of the post;

7. Other conditions prescribed by law.

Civil servants shall perform the following obligations:

1, loyal to the Constitution, exemplary in observing and consciously safeguarding the Constitution and laws, and consciously accepting the leadership of the China * * * Production Party;

2. Be loyal to the country and safeguard its security, honor and interests;

3. Be loyal to the people, serve them wholeheartedly and accept their supervision;

4. Be loyal to their duties, be diligent and conscientious, obey and implement the decisions and orders made by superiors according to law, perform their duties according to the prescribed authority and procedures, and strive to improve the quality and efficiency of work;

5. Keep state secrets and work secrets;

6. Take the lead in practicing socialist core values, adhere to the rule of law, observe discipline, abide by professional ethics, and abide by social morality and family virtues;

7. Honesty, fairness and decency;

8. Other obligations stipulated by law.
