19931February, the parent company Nanzi Electronics Co., Ltd. was allowed to reinvest in Jiangsu Kunshan Hushi Electronics Co., Ltd. by way of trust, and obtained 10% equity.

In September 2004, it passed the quality certification of ISO900 1(2000 edition). Passed ISO/TS 16949 quality certification. /kloc-passed the quality certification of AS9 100B in February.
