Danfoss (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.

Danfoss (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is the first wholly-owned factory established by Danfoss Group in China, located in Tianjin Wuqing Development Zone. Since the establishment of 1996, it has two factories with a total area of 62,000 square meters, and now it has become the largest production base of Danfoss outside Denmark.

Zhejiang hailipu electronic technology co., ltd

Danfoss acquired Lihai Company at the end of 2005 and changed its name to Zhejiang Hailipu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Hailipu, located in Haiyan County, Zhejiang Province, obtained ISO900 1: 2000 quality certification. It is one of the largest inverter manufacturers in China and has a mature sales network all over China.

Danfoss Energy Products (Guiyang) Co., Ltd.

At the beginning of 20 10, Danfoss wholly acquired Dow Energy Products (Guiyang) Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of copper brazed plate heat exchangers. Danfoss Guiyang Company actively innovated, constantly improved the competitiveness of the enterprise, increased the heat exchange efficiency of the new heat exchanger by 50% per kilogram, and reduced the volume of the heat exchanger at the same time, truly achieving compactness and high efficiency.

Danfoss (Hangzhou) Plate Heat Exchanger Co., Ltd.

In autumn of 2006, Danfoss signed a merger and acquisition agreement with Bao Qin Company to purchase the assets and business of its plate heat exchanger. Bao Qin Company was established in 1993, located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, and mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of brazed plate heat exchangers.

Danfoss (Anshan) Control Valve Co., Ltd.

In 2003, Danfoss acquired 75% shares of Anshan Zhong Dan Control Valve Co., Ltd. and established a joint venture company. In autumn of 2007, Danfoss acquired the remaining shares of Anshan Zhong Dan Control Valve Co., Ltd. (ASDC), making it a wholly-owned company of Danfoss. The company mainly produces district heating control products for China market.
