Compared with concrete structures, steel structure design is more complicated. First of all, your foundation is very good. At present, steel structure design is not very good in China. If you enter a design unit entirely by technology, you don't have to work so hard, but the development of structural design will not be too great, but it is ok to keep a stable salary. But when you enter a construction unit, you have to learn how to deal with people and get in touch with people. The future development is to be a contractor yourself. To put it bluntly, it depends on which way you choose, but I personally feel that the work after graduation is the beginning of life. Try to choose a good unit with a better reputation.
